1. Orders under $35 will have a flat shipping rate of $4.99. FREE SHIPPING for orders of $35 or more.
2. Orders will be shipped via USPS Economy service.
3. Returns – We offer a full refund on items that are returned in new packaging and have not been opened. The item must be returned within 30 days. Shipping fees back to Plush Island will not be refunded.
